This is a time sensitive post, dealing with this 4th of July and why you should not be involved in a march on state capitols or a march on Washington D.C. spearheaded by Adam Kokesh or his fellow conspirator Alex Jones. That’s right. . . . . fellow conspirator. After the 4th of July, this post is still important, so you understand ‘how’ you were set up by provocateurs to complete the martial law scenario the federal corporate government and the future world government wants so badly. People forget that Alex Jones was scaring the hell out of people on Y2K. Telling them the Russians had launched ICBM’s with nuclear warheads heading for the United States. How did Alex avoid jail after this broadcast, is a question you should answer for yourself.

Forgiving and forgeting, on a false pretense, that Alex Jones is helping the cause of freedom is a serious mistake. With all of his resources and reporters, was he the first to warn you that the U.S. had signed the U.N. Small Arms Treaty on September 7, 2012? No, infowars and prisonplanet was not the first, this website was, run by one person without a staff of reporters. Is Alex Jones setting up an event where patriots might be harmed, both physically and through providing another reason for firearms to be outlawed? Maybe you will change your mind about trusting Alex Jones on anything in the future. Alex, by the way, is supporting Adam Kokesh as these videos will show. (Last half on this video)

 

One of the links provided by Alex Jones, makes one wonder if Adam Kokesh was in jail or club fed watching reruns of V For Vendetta. Here is the link Adam Kokesh Calls For “New American Revolution” and note it is Infowars that pubished this article. Adam Kokesh was still in jail,. . . . supposedly, but here is part of the article. “While there is risk in drastic action, the greater danger lies in allowing this government to continue unchallenged. I know that movie quite well, but he is using the words from it spoken by ‘Code Named V’, and setting up the same scenario as the movie presents. Think about that, ‘setting up a similar scenario that came out of Hollywood’.  No, it isn’t centered around the ‘gun powder plot, it is centered around the 4th of July. As you will see later, Adam Kokesh and the government setup his arrest, knowing it would draw supporters to his cause. If you read the article in the link above, just where does Adam Kokesh, get the authority to tell the militias of the several states to march on the state capitol? Does this man have a clue? The states are incorporated under the federal corporation and have been since 1971 (see at 15).

Here is a link to Adam Kokesh DD Form 214 that shows he was a corporal upon discharge, not a sergeant as he represents  himself to be. This article claims he is afraid of crowds and has mental instability, ties to Code Pink and Muslim Brotherhood. He might also be a paid Russian agent as well, according to  this video.   Note Kokesh  won’t discuss how much he is being paid in rubles, but doesn’t deny being a Russian agent. According to his face book page Adam Kokesh works for Obama as a Revolution Czar. Are you sure you want to back this guy up?

You ain’t seen nothing yet folks.

The following video shows that Adam Kokesh’s arrest was planned at the marijuana rally.  Why?  To increase his followers.

It  even gets worse in this video where he is questioned about the Free Adam Kokesh website and has no answer that is worthy of a good explanation.

Also from the same video he appears to be in contradiction of Sun Tzu’s ideas, on being able to be a leader or a follower. Rule #1: “You must operate from such a justification that the threat of death will not deter you from carrying out your mission”. He utterly falls!!!

Adam Kokesh feels he is too competent to be a government agent, in the last video.   Yet we have seen fund raisers set up ahead of time for the Sandy Hook massacre, . . . . .  days ahead of time, just like the Free Adam Kokesh website.
Is Adam Kokesh’s rhetoric profound?  Something new that you haven’t heard before?   No, of course it isn’t, unless you are just waking up to what the government has planned for all of us; excluding the elite of course.

A scene from the movie “The Life of Brian” by Monty Python has the perfect example of a government provocateur. Unfortunately the scene does not exist on youtube, but here is the script and opening of the scene (Plot to Kidnap Pilate’s Wife), as Reg the head of the People’s Front of Judea is helping fellow terrorists into a sewage drain, but is far from any danger.

Now, this is the palace in Caesar’s Square. Our commando unit will approach from Fish Street, under cover of night, and make our way to the northwestern main drain. If questioned, we are sewage workers on our way to a conference. Reg, our glorious leader and founder of the P.F.J., will be coordinating consultant at the drain head, though he himself will not be taking part in any terrorist action, as he has a bad back.

Like Reg in the “The Life of Brian”; Adam Kokesh will not be taking part in any marches on the 4th of July.

Times are indeed serious, this website has always advocated for a strong militia to protect our rights. But do you really want to march in your state capitol with firearms and be set up for numerous government agents to photograph you? Identify you and your family on account of a agent provocateur’s plans? Think hard on this question, I hope you come to the right conclusion.

Claims have come forward, saying Adam Kokesh is no longer listed on the CIA website, but you should always check it out for yourself.  If Kokesh is not listed, you can bet he was too incompetent to even work for the federal government.

“No Hesitation” Targets For New Mexico Public Safety / plus UN Small Arms Treaty Update

If you don’t think other states are not involved in using ‘No Hesitation’ targets for law enforcement; I have news for you. Count on it that they are.
The following are a series of photos showing the New Mexico Public Safety Department and its own ‘No Hesitation’ targets, and as always includes women, men and patriots. They were forwarded to me by the a New Mexico Militia Commander.  They were left on a rifle range to blow in the wind.  So much for the State of New Mexico caring about littering the country side.  But it is nice of them to reveal themselves.

“Pictures tell a thousand words”, and continue too with these photos.  Can it be anymore obvious ‘who’ is represented in these targets?  Gone are the old men defending a field with a shot gun, as in previous ‘No Hesitation’ targets, as well as the old woman in her kitchen, the woman in the park with children, or the old man in the living room with a shotgun. This seems to be a new corporation putting out these targets.

In the past I have run into people who are against joining anything!! As always I think everyone should join a militia; or form a militia, and contact other militias so they know you are out there.  Communication is vital.
Disabilities don’t count, everyone has a job to do. Even if that job is to have a safe house for the wounded, or stock supplies for those in the field.  Sex, race, religion don’t matter either, they are insignificant compared to losing our rights.  It is the enemy’s job to divide and conquer us, we need to unite to defend our liberties together.
No man or woman can stand as an island in what is about to engulf this country. Few of us have the resources to flee the country. We need to stand and fight together against the tyranny that seeks to remove our freedoms and enslave us.

Here are links to state militia’s and links to form a militia.  I encourage everyone to do one or the other.  If militias were forming and training in the open, do you really think this country’s  agenda of stealing our Creator endowed rights would continue?  I, for one, do not.  It takes time for militias to form, and as the next portion of this post reveals, time is running out. 

U.N. Small Arms Treaty Update

The NRA has put out a message recently that they expect President Obama to sign the U.N. Small Arms Treaty. The Senate already voted against it. This maybe a President Clinton replay on the U.N. Agenda 21 Treaty which the Senate also turned down, but an Executive Order was used to enforce it.
(This is not an endorsement for the NRA, review back issues of this blog and you will discover  the National Rifle Association is a non governmental organization under the United Nation.  That organization  has a bad habit of ‘compromising’ your rights, and there is not much left to compromise on.)
I have warned of this now since late last summer, when the U.S. signed onto the U.N. Small Arms Treaty on September 7, 2012.  Officially it came before the U.N. General Assembly on April 2, 2013 and passed, the Senate didn’t pass it on March 24, 2013. Watch after June 3, 2013, when the Senate will be asked again to sign the treaty  by the Obama Administration. In fact, watch out before that date for false flag events, as we have seen recently to include the Boston Marathon Bombing, Sandy Hook Elementary School shooting and the Aurora, Colorado shooting. More death and destruction may be needed for the Senate to pass his unconstitutional treaty.  Further violence could be used as an excuse for Obama to use an Executive Order to pass it.   In a similar  fashion to what  President Clinton did to force the U.N. Agenda 21 down our throats.

The decision becomes yours. Do you really wish to live under the tyranny they have planned for you?  I am reminded of Patrick Henry’s speech before the Second Virginia Convention “Is life so dear, or peace so sweet, as to be purchased at the price of chains and slavery? Forbid it, Almighty God! I know not what course others may take; but as for me, give me liberty or give me death!”  I too, will take death before slavery.

This posting needs to be spread far and wide, it is the perfect example of Bill within the states that are private corporate laws for profit. The corporations my have to obey, but flesh and blood humans do not. Anything that approaches our right to keep and bear arms for our personal defense has to looked at extremely closely. Because they have all been omitted for Cause. The current Bill in the New Mexico legislature is the most perfect example, the vote hasn’t even been taken, but the draft itself shows it has no force in law. I am speaking about HB 402,. New Mexico’s version of the assault weapons ban. Note along the left hand margin underscored material =new and [ bracketed material ] = deleted. Then notice under Section 1 New Material is both underscored and omitted  because it appears in brackets. Which means there is no New Material. Also note this statute is so unconstitutional as it says within the Bill ‘you are guilty until proven innocent’; what a joke!! What happened to the rule of law?  

All states are incorporated under the federal governments corporation, and have been since 1971. That coincides with when the old statutes became the Revised Statutes. Here is the general rule all corporate governments use, from the federal corporation, through the state corporate governments, to the municipal corporate governments: UNITED STATES PRINTING OFFICE STYLE MANUAL 2008 Publication , at Chapter 8, 8.19 — 8.20 Double Brackets – In bills, contracts, laws, ect., indicate matters that are to be ‘omitted’. So when ever you see brackets at both ends of a statute or at both ends of the authorization code, it becomes void, unenforceable.  All statutes have to have an authorization code by law, and if that authorization code is in brackets, it is unenforceable.

We the People, the living breathing flesh and blood of this nation are being defrauded out of our own Natural Rights, if we comply with their statutes. Corporate governments know it is a trick, they want you to Voluntarily comply, they haven’t committed treason, their documents prove that. So if you comply to their fraud, register your weapons, take photographs of your clips with the date, purchase a gun safe, purchase trigger locks, it is your own fault for complying with their fraud.

Other examples of this type of fraud are all of the current statutes on gun control If this current Feinstein Bill passes it will all be more fraud on the American People, add to that the new statutes in New York and California once these statutes will found with brackets around the authorization codes. So volunteer follow their statutes and be a good corporate slave.

As Rod Class has found out in hearings before an Administrative Court in North Carolina, and throughout all the States all government officials are Private Contractors and all Government Offices are vacant. This means that the police officer that pulls you over, or crashes your front door has no official status. They can be personally sued for damages that they cause, injuries they cause, theft of property and that can include firearms taken by laws that lack authority by having the authority in brackets. In addition add to that endangerment of human life and several types of fraud.

Actually the federal corporation has already committed fraud, with all of this gun control legislation at the federal and state levels; to include suspicion of false flags and murder leading up to such legislation. Murder in relationship to Sandy Hook and the Aurora shootings, are a definite possibility. It becomes apparent clear that it was done to comply with the U.N. Small Arms Treaty that passed in a secret session on August 29, 2012 with U.N. Secretary General’s comments it was aimed at Americans and ended on September 7, 2012 with the corporate United States signing the document.  If it was murder at Sandy Hook and Aurora the motive was to turn public opinion into a anti-gun frenzy to comply with the U.N. Small Arms Treaty; where only the government will be allowed firearms as an end result.  Next will come murders with bolt action rifles and pistols  until you are left with pea shooters to defend your Creator endowed Rights. 

The previous two posts were on Sandy Hook Elementary School, so it is appropriate to review the Aurora, Colorado shootings. This film raises a lot of questions that need to be answered by police, CIA and the FBI.

Most statutes today do have brackets surrounding the authorization codes, meaning they are omitted and can’t be enforced, if you know about the brackets. But a few statutes are based upon Common Law and have parenthesis to replace the brackets and they are enforceable. Those are for crimes against your fellow man, or his property. But how can a flesh and blood human cause damage to a fictitious state by owning a firearm? Can the state take the stand in court? Only through private contractors for profit can the state take the stand and that amounts to reprisal against the American People through fines and seizures of property for profit. The private contractors paycheck depends on profits. 

The brackets in the statute’s authorization code are usually only found by looking the statute up in a law library. Any idea why law libraries are disappearing faster than snow on a hot summers day?  That of course becomes deceitful fraud by corporate governments.  Probably the best source online is the Code of Federal Regulations, there you will see lots of brackets.

Silence is golden, but there is only so long I can remain silent to the dribble in government before I have to speak out again. Several things have come across my desk. One of those is concerning the obviously staged event at  Sandy Hook school in Connecticut.  Actors being involved, people smiling who just lost a child and fake tears, which could have been edited out before broadcasting it.  But they weren’t edited out, were they?  There are even links that claim Adam Lanza was dead the day before the massacre at Sandy Hook school in Connecticut.  The entire incident is riddled with inconsistencies.  Maybe this series of videos will explain why all of the changed stories, lack of editing and why none of what has happened makes any sense.

Care must be taken in writing letters to government officials at any level. If it sounds like a threat, they will try to prosecute under the PATRIOT ACT.   This Act  has no effect in law and is Restricted to a Commercial Offer.  But, don’t depend on an attorney to help you, they will help hang you for they are officers of the court itself.  Impeachment has never worked before. It takes a Congress that is not taking bribes from their masters, and many in Congress are Zionist shills anyway. But is this the plan the government has? Start a civil war to get the U.N. involved and disarm us completely? The corporate government has been busy stockpiling ammunition.  They have already stockpiled enough to kill us all several times over.
Several county Sheriffs are taking a stand. A  complete list can be found Here.   They are throughout the country, but notice the high percentage in New Mexico, Utah and Oregon.   New Mexico’s Bernalillo County, whose county seat is Albuquerque is on the list as well.   It has been said you can’t even fire a gun in that county.   The county made the news on Sunday, with the Rothschild’s Associated Press, which was more than happy to tell you about another assault weapon used to kill five people, all in the same family.  The  eldest son was taken into custody as the person who committed the murders.  Yet that sheriff says no to new laws.
Another action that can be taken is to talk to your sheriff, and convince him that he too, should say ‘no’ to new firearm rules passed by the federal government since January 2013 and refuse to enforce them.   For those of you who’s sheriff is on the list call him, thank him, and offer your support and assistance if the federal government tries to confiscate firearms from someone in your county.  The sheriffs answers to the people, and have more authority than any congress ‘critter’ or the president within the sheriff’s  jurisdiction. He is also authorized to deputize extra people or call out the militia.

Newsweek and The Daily Beast are both owned by Ex Congresswoman and Zionist Jane Harman. She worked in Congress to help end the Second Amendment and still attempt it through both of her propaganda rags.

The other way to spoil their plans is to join a militia and get organized. If the militias were strong today, there is no way they would try to come after our firearms.  If you can’t get your sheriff on board to say ‘no’ to new gun control issues, you still have the right and obligation to defend yourself, your family and  your neighbors and join a militia.  I further advise you to go to the last post, for the link to Molon Labe and join a militia.  There is no need to keep silent, you are on the list the government is taking of enemies already.  They know who your friends are, they monitor your phone calls, your e-mails, know what you are purchasing (unless you use cash) and knows every website you visit; so get over it!!   You are on the list.  The government has a record of all previous gun purchases.   If you think you can bury your weapons and ammunition, you will end up in a re-education camp and be tortured; along with your family until the weapons are recovered.   The louder you are the less likely they will try to take your firearms.  It is time to stand up and be counted, and get motivated.   The country, and way of live you save will be your own.

Tired of not posting on this issue is through. As stated here several months ago, Obama appears to be considering an Executive Order to reign in our liberty teeth if congress refuses to act. The rag, Huffington Post is the announcer of this policy, which oddly enough coincides with the U.N.’s next meeting in March according to Rothschild’s Reuters. Please note that the Huffington Post article only mentions the N.R.A., which will compromise our right to keep and bear arms as they have consistently done. They are after all a member of the United Nations as an NGO. This is the group that the government wants to defend your rights, but by the time the gun ban moves through the courts, it will be way too late.  The Supreme Court could refuse the case and then what?

Many of you are aware that the U.N. Small Arms Treaty was approved by the United States on September 7, 2012. We are beginning to see the first legislation at the federal level to limit or destroy the Second Amendment to our Constitution. This can not be allowed, and as always I encourage you to join a militia or start one. See the post Special Edition: Molon Labe. This is for your personal defense, and not for offense, as it is important to remember that throughout history, the entity that fires first loses.

The truth of this latest tragedy in Connecticut was a complete set up, as have been most mass shootings by ‘lone nuts’ in the past.

If is hard to believe the videos, concerning this event, by all means visit this article by the Health Ranger at Natural News, the funding for the Sandy Hook school by United Way started 3 days before the shooting. It takes time to set up a website, so understand United Way knew this event was going to happen 4 or 5 days before.

If you read the preceding post, you will notice that there were no assault rifles in the attack in Connecticut, but the corporate government could care less.

This article titled Dianne Feinsteins New Assault Weapon Doesn’t Go Far Enough: It’s Only The Beginning explains exactly what the left and our unconstitutional government is setting us up for. What is most important in this rag article is the comments below the article. Not only the comments, but word on the street, says the new law will not be complied with. History shows us that registration is always followed by confiscation, which then leads to genocide by the tyrannical corporate government once the firearms are gone. This government is well on its way to make all firearms owner’s criminal, or start a new civil war.  Thomas Jefferson thought  “Every generation needs a new revolution” I guess it is past time. It surely is when our government, or corporation that pretends to be a country and government, is filled with Zionists like Feinstein. But the warning is this . . . . if we fail the United Nations will disarm us as previously stated in their Programme of Action. Read through it carefully and you will find confiscation of weapons in areas of conflict. We might see the U.N. ‘Blue Helmets’ in our country before we are through.

Maybe it is time for all of us to take an oath, similar to this one on the Oath Keepers website. Time to Stand tall and proud and return all of our freedoms this corporate government has attempted to take away. Time to return the original Constitution and Bill of Rights; to form a new de jure government that strongly limits corporations.

Hopefully you have prepared for this event, have ammunition, have a battle rifle, have field gear for all-weather conditions, have communications equipment that is secure, have put away medical equipment, gasoline stored, and have stored food. We need to stand together on this issue as a forefathers did so long ago at Concord; forget all of our differences, come together and fight for our unalienable Rights.
