While Frank Austin England was still alive we talked about citizen grand jurys.  Frank said no one would deliver the warrants.  I told him to ask the local militia to deliver the warrants.   He affirmed that thought and others in his writings.  Frank Austin England was a Sovereign to the max, but he talked about militias in his document titled“Natural Rights”. The militia has always been a natural right and sooner or later the de facto government is going to come for everybody, sovereign or not; that is, if you care about your freedom. 
 
 
In the movie the Postman you see both a militia and a malitia.  The militia is made up of people that come to the defense of their homes, towns and villages.

Malitia- An express evil design.  Wickedness of purpose. 
 

Militia – A part of the military force of the nation, consisting of citizens called forth to execute the laws of the Union and suppress insurrection, and repel invasion.  

Notice I underlined suppress insurrection?   That’s because the current government is de facto, the insurrection having  aready been accomplished.

The ‘Wholeness’ in the Postman robbed and looted the inhabitants around them; they are the Malitia.  Our current ‘robbing’ is not with a gun  unless you are arrested and go before the Prize Courts.  Today we are robbed  by the banks  through printing fiat currency which is always going down in value.   If it was not going down in value prices wouldn’t constantly be rising.   The system itself is the Malitia.

The banks are a corporation, as is the UNITED STATES OF AMERICA.

3 U.S. 54, 1 L.Ed 507 (02/25/1795) “Inasmuch as every government is an artificial person, an abstraction, and a creature of the mind only, a government can interface only with other artificial persons. The imaginary, having neither actuality nor substance, is foreclosed from creating and attaining parity with the tangible. The legal manifestation of this is that no government, as well as any law, agency, aspect, court, etc. can concern itself with anything other than corporate, artificial persons and the contracts between them.”

If you have read my ‘About’ on the website you know I was a officer in the Nevada Militia.  In Southern Nevada the militia units were fighting amongst themselves over which unit would be the 1st platoon.  While they were busy with their petty quarrels I started the 2nd platoon.  Still have my patches sown on my uniforms “Battle Born – 2nd” .   At that time I had 9 men and women under my command.   I was placed in charge of medical and supply by Major ‘Hawk’ Collins. 
Native Plants made up the medical and food supply, and should for the rest of you.  William Cooper suggested that if a civil war was to break out it would go on for 10 years.   How many supplies can you store or cache?  Maybe a couple years worth, but sooner or later you will have to depend on nature for supply.  
 

The U.S. Department of Defense just released this statement on March 27, 2012.  Just in case you don’t think your government has been destroyed through insurrection.   Coupled with this is the latest Obama Executive Order. They are preparing, are you!! The Amero can’t be far behind and a combined government will affect your Bill of Rights even further. Can you believe this crap, with the Euro in the dust-bin-of history?

Are citizens of Mexico allowed to own any firearms? Does Canada allow for handguns or large capacity semi auto rifles? Do you think the American Union means more freedom for Canada and Mexico? Do you see my point? Very soon they will complete the ‘slave’ process here and come for your guns just like the military does in Afghanistan. 

Keys to Liberty is now in survival mode, reporting on news was getting old while the world falls apart.  So let’s begin with maps and compass.  You need to purchase topographical maps for your area, make sure in the bottom margin has declinations for true ‘north’ and ‘magnetic north’.  Quadrangle topographic maps are the best.  Note: It takes time to adjust yourself to reading a topographical map, there are elevation lines.  The closer the lines are to each other, the  steeper is the grade.

As for a compass, make sure it has a straight edge when opened up, as in this  lensatic compass.  Most lenastic compasses have both degrees and azimuth readings.  Azimuth is a finer adjustment, there are 360 degrees in a circle, but 6400 mils in azimuth in a circle.  Lensatic compasses also have a sight in them, similar to a rifle.  Unfold the compass to a 90 degree angle(give or take).   Adjust the lens on the compass so you can see the degree or azimuth that you have sighted in, but keep the compass somewhat level.  Write down the azimuth or degrees to those landmarks.

Now you can declinate that map using the straight edge along the side of the compass, by moving the map (on a flat surface without metal) until  the compass straight edge lines up with the marks on the map that show magnetic north.   If you want to find your exact location, take two readings on peaks, or known landmarks (towers, windmills etc.).  With the map still declinated draw lines along those degrees or asimuth points and you have found your exact location.   

For those with past military experience this will come easy.

PS: I forgot to mention that a lensatic compass can be used at night for navigation.  Use a flashlight to charge up the illuminated dial and continue to travel.  I’ll post online manuals for operating it next posting.
