“If your opponent speaks humbly and abases himself but continues to quietly ready himself for action, he is going to attack.  On the other hand, if his talk is blustering and insulting and his actions belligerent, he is bluffing and will soon retreat.”

Rick Santorum Clarifies Remarks on Obama’s “Phony Theology” Says He Wasn’t Questioning His “Faith” (Video)
Rick Santorum on CBS News’ “Face the Nation” today where he was asked what he meant about his remarks yesterday . . . (First, he just redefined religion and lied about earlier comments. Then back tracking on early statements where he complained that humans shouldn’t be sovereign, in his environmental stance. Santorum’s a religious nut case who tells people what they want to hear; he’s the Sheeple Candidate with no solutions other than war.)
US ‘slipping into fascist system’: Ron Paul
The Texas congressman held a fiery rally on Saturday night across the street from a World War I Memorial, upstaging simultaneous Republican Party banquets being held on both sides of the nearby Missouri and Kansas line. (Unfortunately Paul makes sense, but hasn’t a chance in this rigged game.)
Paul also jabbed at Santorum for his aim “to control peoples’ lives” and what he framed as Santorum’s hypocrisy on the birth control issue.(Making Santorum out to be a lier again, is his voting record for family planning services.)
Rare in the modern age of U.S. politics, a “brokered convention” could result in Republicans ditching their current crop of candidates and turning to someone else who they feel would have a better chance of defeating Democratic President Barack Obama in the November 6 election. (If they hadn’t robbed Ron Paul of votes, there would have been a winner, a clear opposite to Obama. Who are they going to run? Jeb Bush? Palin offers help? Probably wants to fly the Israeli flag at the convention. )
Keene in New Hampshire is a quaint little town of 23,000 . . . the town has just accepted a $285,000 grant from the Department of Homeland Security for an eight-ton armoured personnel vehicle.
(The militarization of America, just what every small town needs.)
Sheriff Jim Matthews and his ridiculous characterization of local activist Jeff Mattox and his group, Kershaw County Patriots, as a potential threat to police. Mattox’s only crime was “Liking” an article on Facebook which subsequently ‘irritated’ the Sheriff (who was obviously watching Mattox’s Facebook page, one might add).
It had all the ingredients of workplace violence: a manager, an angry employee, a discussion about job performance and at least one gun. But in this case, both people were federal agents. (Interesting piece!! Sounds like a movie script of a drug deal gone sour. We will probably never know the real truth. )
An Israeli attack on Iran’s nuclear sites would be a highly complex operation and would require at least 100 planes, the New York Times quoted American defense officials and military analysts close to the Pentagon as saying.strong> (Piece of Cake, we will loan them some, anything to get the war on the road. They always plan for a one-way-war, but this one will be very different.)
“It’s very important that we have a strategic agreement with Afghanistan for a long-term US presence here,” said McCain, adding “I think that’s the best way to bring about a peaceful solution, is to make sure that we are here to stay, to support the Afghan government and people, and we will supply that assistance for as long as is necessary.” (McCain you were one of the jerks that voted for this war, regardless of the impossibilities of 9-11 being run from a cave. The Afghan people want us out completely, we will be lucky to have an embassy there.)
A special investigation team has been dispatched to determine the cause of the crash. According to preliminary information the aircraft was not fired at.
“In case of any US strategic mistake in Syria, there is a possibility that Iran, Russia and a number of other countries will give a crushing response to the US,” he added.(I think we have played ‘world’ bully long enough. Unless we are looking for WWIII.)
Report: Iranian ships disrupt Syrain opposition communications Egyptian security sources and members of the Syrian opposition are claiming that the two Iranian ships docked off the Syrian coast are equipped with “military communications jamming devices that are disrupting communications made by the Syrian opposition via satellite,”
(Maybe Russian ships, waiting for Iranian ships to appear before jamming, who knows, but it is a show of strength.)
Belgium-based SWIFT, which provides banks with a system for moving funds around the world, bowed to international pressure on Friday and said it was ready to block Iranian banks from using its network to transfer money further isolating Iran’s economy on the global stage. (Shock of Shocks, the Rothschilds aren’t backing Iran against their mother country?)
Tehran embarks on four-day drill that will include anti-aircraft fire; Iranian official threatens to push oil prices to $150 a barrel (Fill up now, every container you can find!!)
Strait partners: Iran and Oman to carry out joint naval exercises An Iranian Navy commander says his country is set to conduct naval exercises with nearby ally Oman in March. Iran looks to be on its way to major naval power status, fighting piracy and cooperating with other countries in the region. (Oh sure – they can’t close the straits, or so we think. Iran has already cut off several European Union states from accessing Iranian oil. )
A major rebel group in Sudan’s strife-torn Darfur region said on Monday it had captured 49 international peacekeepers, most of them from Senegal, and accused them of cooperating with the country’s security service.
Bangkok bombing suspects are MKO members: Thai Shia leader
Four Iranians, who has been arrested for involvement in a botched bomb plot targeting Israeli diplomats in Bangkok, were members of the terrorist Mojahedin Khalq Organization (MKO) who intended the incident to reflect badly on Teheran, Syedsulaiman Husaini, Shia leader of Thailand said on Sunday.
(Who was behind it? I think Israel was, because of the instant accusation.)
The Islamic Republic plans to upgrade its domestically manufactured fighter jets, Defense Minister Ahmad Vahidi announced on Monday.
Iran able to export nuclear fuel under IAEA watch: official Fereydoun Abbasi said after Iran satisfies its need for nuclear fuel it will sell its domestically produced fuel to other countries under the supervision of the IAEA.
The protestors waved Palestinian flags, denounced Peres and held a sign that read: “Peres get out of here,” as his car drove by. . . . Protestors also held up signs that read “We don’t want murderers in Nazareth,” “Nazareth united against the criminal Peres,” “We won’t forget the shahids (martyrs) of Kafr Kana,” and even “the State of Israel is a terrorist state.”
Resaerch and Innovative Technology Administration (This is a government website that was sent to me in ‘Comments’ by Jack. Take a good look around.)
Imagine you wake up tomorrow and this is not a Constitutional Republic anymore. It is now a dictatorship. Whoops! Already accomplished. Then imagine that you wake up tomorrow and the President and our elites have given away part of the US.(Interesting article, this Alaska give-away to the Russians wasn’t Obama directly, it was Bush the first. Both major parties, pre-select who they want to run and direct the media to report pro or con. The decison on the winner, doesn’t come from the people, but from the banksters through manipulated computers. The movie War Games comes to mind; the only way to win is ‘not to play’.)
Dr. Betsy McCaughey says yees. She says claims that the two plans were alike prompted her to examine them both closely.
by Chris Floyd – 8 Young Afghans Killed in Strike, Nato Acknowledges- those killed were young boys who had taken their sheep and goats to graze outside the village. They were cold and gathered under a rock and lighted a small fire to warm themselves. That was the place where they were struck by bombs.
This is not only a life saving way to provide clean drinking water in areas that lack sanitation — it’s worth paying attention to the simple instructions should any situation arise that requires us to come up with a source of clean drinking water, such as a natural disaster or extended power outage.(This is important information as the world prepares to stumble into WWIII. It won’t remove radiation, but for millions without electricity it might save a life. )
