 “In the councils of government, we must guard against the acquisition of unwarranted influence, whether sought or unsought, by the military industrial complex. The potential for the disastrous rise of misplaced power exists and will persist. “

— President Eisenhower’s warning

(This is by far the worst Order given by the illegitimate Dictator Obama. It says to me that war is just around the corner.
He wants control of all fuels, all highway traffic, all fertilizer for crops, wants to institute a new draft, wants to control all water, wants to control all animal feed, wants to control all livestock, wants to control all foods, it is very close to martial law without troops in the streets; just yet. Some of it is comical . . . )
Sec. 102 – Policy- The United States must have an industrial and technological base capable of meeting national defense requirements and capable of contributing to the technological superiority of its national defense equipment in peacetime and in times of national emergency. (There is no industrial base, military uniforms are made in China these days. Even the computer chips in our weapons are mostly made in China. The industrial base has been gone since long before Obama.   Under the same section . . .) (e) foster cooperation between the defense and commercial sectors for research and development and for acquisition of materials, services, components, and equipment to enhance industrial base efficiency and responsiveness. (‘acquisition of materials’ is having ammunition factories quit making ammunition for civilian use. Re-tooling them for military weapons. )Sec. 301. Loan Guarantees. – (b)(2) contract with any Federal Reserve Bank to assist the agency in serving as fiscal agent. (The banker’s dream, more inflation!! When this is implemented, along with Sec. 303, it will spell the death of the dollar. When you start manufacturing weapons for war, along with other logistics needed for war; you have nothing to make balance of payments debts with to other countries.  Other countries will not want to except the dollar.) Sec. 602 (2) upon request by the Director of Selective Service, and in coordination with the Secretary of Defense, assist the Director of Selective Service in development of policies regulating the induction and deferment of persons for duty in the armed services;(There is the draft – induction of ‘persons’. It’s a contract, if don’t want to go? . . . don’t sign the contract.) Sec. 801 definitions (a) “Civil transportation” includes movement of persons and property by all modes of transportation in interstate, intrastate, or foreign commerce within the United States, its territories and possessions, and the District of Columbia, and related public storage and warehousing, ports, services, equipment and facilities, such as transportation carrier shop and repair facilities. “Civil transportation” also shall include direction, control, and coordination of civil transportation capacity regardless of ownership.(You’ve already declared enemy of the state in the Amended Trading With The Enemies Act, your property will now be the ‘prize’.)Sec. 801 definitions (d) “Fertilizer” means any product or combination of products that contain one or more of the elements nitrogen, phosphorus, and potassium for use as a plant nutrient. (e) “Food resources” means all commodities and products, (simple, mixed, or compound), or complements to such commodities or products, that are capable of being ingested by either human beings or animals, irrespective of other uses to which such commodities or products may be put, at all stages of processing from the raw commodity to the products thereof in vendible form for human or animal consumption. “Food resources” also means potable water packaged in commercially marketable containers, all starches, sugars, vegetable and animal or marine fats and oils, seed, cotton, hemp, and flax fiber, but does not mean any such material after it loses its identity as an agricultural commodity or agricultural product. (To top it all off, he is delegating authority of the President to his underlings and even further . . . .)Sec. 802 (b)(1) the power to redelegate authorities, and to authorize the successive redelegation of authorities to agencies, officers, and employees of the Government;

Long before the American soldier suspected of slaying 16 Afghan villagers was identified as an army sergeant from Joint Base Lewis-McChord, the sprawling installation had earned a reputation as the most troubled outpost in the US military. (An article worth reading!! It seems it was the 4th deployment of the soldier involved in the massacre. As I said before, they need a ‘draft’ to keep the war machine going. But did he act alone? Up to 20 US troops behind Kandahar bloodbath “We are convinced that one soldier cannot kill so many people in two villages within one hour at the same time, and the 16 civilians, most of them children and women, have been killed by the two groups,” investigator Hamizai Lali told Afghan News. (That is what I figured, had to be more than one lone nut.)

“We’re not talking about what kind of pencils PepsiCo wants to use – we are talking about exploiting the remains of an aborted child for profit”, she said. “Using human embryonic kidney (HEK-293) to produce flavor enhancers for their beverages is a far cry from routine operations!” (How sick can corporate profits get!! )

Libya: “Dawn” turns into chaos
Right now, field commanders are seen as Libya’s new rulers, analysts say, citing more than 100,000 armed Libyans currently in place in this North African country. Also, there is a big question mark over the activities of the Libyan National Transitional Council, commentators (This is the price for meddling in other countries internal affairs. Yet, with this latest Obama Executive Order war on Syria or Iran; or both, can’t be far away. NATO was a defense force, what happened? It became an attack force through the United Nations which has lost its purpose to continue to exist.)

COMMENTARY

It is always easy — dead easy, in fact — to justify armed “intervention” to prevent massacres that might (or might not) occur. For example, why don’t we intervene right now in Iran to forestall those indigenous dictators from massacring indigenous protestors sometime in the near future (as, after all, they have done in the past)? Or to forestall them from massacring Kurdish enclaves if armed conflict erupts in those regions again? Or even to forestall them from massacring Israelis with those atom bombs we hear they could have one day?

The U.S. government insists that Shaye is no mere journalist. “Shaye is in jail because he was facilitating Al Qaeda and its planning for attacks on Americans and therefore we have a very direct interest in his case and his imprisonment,” says Gerald Feierstein(An interesting article that may mean the death of Freedom of the Press, or should I say the un-imbedded press)

In its April cover story, Wired has an exclusive report on the NSA’s Utah Data Center, which is a must read for anyone who believes any privacy is still a possibility in the United States: “A project of immense secrecy, it is the final piece in a complex puzzle assembled over the past decade.
