The story begins much earlier with BLM rustling cattle from Jack Vogt of Lida, Nevada and Ben Covin of Goldfield Nevada in mid 2001. A story covered by myself on a website owned by Diana Alden, titled  inflyovercountry. This was round one, and an auction followed in Fallon Nevada. The protestors were thick enough then, that the auction failed, as there were no bids. The issue was the same; grazing fees. A year later the BLM went after Raymond Yowell, the Chief of the Western Shoshone, in Lamoille Valley, Nevada and The Dann’s Ranch in Crescent Valley, Nevada. The issue, of course was the same, but this time treaties were involved. The Ruby Valley Treaty of 1863. Reading through the treaty, it is obvious that it was violated. It wasn’t cattle the BLM was after at the Dann sisters Ranch, it was the horses that belonged to the Western Shoshone Tribe. If you have ever seen the movie “Hidalgo” and how in the end it was the wild mustangs that were saved from destruction by the U.S. government. This was a similar story with the Danns, but this time the Western Shoshones horses that were rounded up by BLM. The issue was grazing fees; sound familiar?

The Bundy Ranch and Grazing fees

The Bundy Ranch came under attack by the BLM on April the 10th. Oath Keepers, militia, and the Constitutional Sheriffs and Peace Officers Association, led by Sheriff Mack, a few politicians were quick to respond. Those of us that lived through Ruby Ridge and the Waco massacre, swore never again, and so forces assembled to prevent BLM or any other Federal Agency from killing those at the ranch.

  On the 10th as well a call went out for militia to defend the Bundy family. and did show, but not in the numbers this article states as 5,000, but BLM was still out manned and out gunned. Also on the 10th of April the Oath Keepers ask for donations of food, water and other supplies for the ‘boots on the ground’.

The Oath Keepers have done a marvelous job of documenting the event, including this speech by Clive Bundy before the Overton, Nevada Town Board. Be sure and watch it at the source. He has a message for all Americans that you shouldn’t miss.

On Sunday, the 13th of April, BLM backed off, but were they cowering to Cowboys, or preparing to return. The enemy has always liked to disgrace the memory of Patriots Day, April 19. It was the beginning on the original American revolution as well as the date the Davidian’s were burned at Waco.

Enter supposed Zionist Senator Harry Reid from Nevada into the picture, and possible deals with China. Reid Smelling Anything But Rosy In Ranch Fight. Corruption in the Senate is a big possibility according to this issue of World Net Daily. At what point doing deals with the Chinese for graft and riches becomes treason when you sit in the U.S. Senate? Not that Reid has ever represented Nevadans, that wish to keep there Rights. Is this a development zone to keep the Chinese from flooding the market with U.S. Treasury Bonds?

It seems remote, that this was all about the desert tortoise. The desert tortoise is not rare if you know how to find one. West of a train stop named Arden, the government used to have a station to inspect tortoises. In their garbage dumpsters in front of the facility, tortoises were always found dead. The government had been killing them.

BLM almost started a second American Revolution, and one thing is certain; they will return.

Maybe this video will help answer some questions, with further examination as to the moves the corporate government has already taken.  At 1:47 into the video you will be asked ‘Yes’ or ‘No’, if you answer No, you will be redirected to the video below this one, titled Road to World War III, which will be incorporated below the first video.

The Iroquois’ Federation, was similar to the Articles of Confederation,  more so than the Constitution. After all, that was the government that was created after the words of the Declaration of Independence struck the first blow for independence.   The  Articles of Confederation  gave the states power of sovereignty, which they are currently losing under the Constitution. Perhaps the anti-federalist were right and the Constitution should have never been adopted, as it gave government the power that we currently suffer under.

In the above video, towards the end there are several books explaining non-violent revolutions. This link is From Dictatorship to Democracy by Gene Sharp. It has a lot of good ideas, but keeps repeating “Democracy” throughout, and we need to form a Republic, based on the Rule of Law; where a majority can not take our individual rights away.
 What is needed is a society, where all races, all sexes, all religions are respected equally.   Yet as the video points out, can have commerce between each other and ask for mutual defense of each other’s  territory.   As long as those individuals in those federations, living under that system do not violate common law (stealing, murdering, destroying other people’s property) they should be left alone to enjoy their life in the pursuit of their own happiness.  What ever that happiness is.

Does the government consider us the enemy? Yes, since the Trading With The Enemy Act was amended under the Roosevelt Administration.  This alone explains a lot of legislation being passed, the NSA snooping into all of our lives, reading every e-mail, listening in to all telephone conversations, and spying on every website you visit.  But did you know they share all of your data with Israel?  Brazil, using the BRICS  is attempting to set up a new internet that the NSA can not spy on.

Senators Feinstein and Schumer want to remove the rights of freelance journalists, making the First Amendment no longer apply. If you don’t work for the controlled press you are not the press anymore. There are six corporations that one could work for to be a journalist, and most of them are controlled by the Zionist Rothschild family, also included in the Rothschild ‘brothel’ is Reuters and Associated Press.

Shall we see the professionals in action? This is a recent report on the shooting at the Naval Yard in Washington D.C.  Where have we seen professional actors creating the news before? Sandy Hook Elementary School for one, Syrian fake rebels on CNN.  Was Aaron Alexis another Manchurian candidate from MKUltra, the possibility certainly exists when he heard voices in his head, and carved messages in the stock of his shotgun “Better Off This Way” ?   Haven’t we seen enough of this in the past i.e. two shooters reported, one dead, one un-captured; assault weapons legislation in the wings, with no assault weapon involved; and the list goes on and on with things not consistent. 

The court system has also changed the Fifth Amendment Right of not being a witness against yourself, to a privilege, that must be used as needed during questioning. The case was  SALINAS V. TEXAS. The case is available at the link, including how the Supreme Court came to this conclusion. But the fact is our Rights, once set in stone are being altered in the court system.

Obamacare Tyranny

 If you don’t think it is the corporate government working hand-in-hand with corporate insurance companies to end smoking, there by end payouts. Under ObamaCare you could be singled out for force home inspection  visits if you smoke. They will also violate your privacy concerning your sex life.  Since when is it any of the government’s business ‘who’, or how many, you sleep with?

Police Brutality

Although it is important for a non violent revolution, and police and military need to be reasoned with, how does one reason with this:

Homeland Security is turning our police forces into military units, with no compassion, no remorse, and yet according the Rod Class in his 4th Administrative Hearing they are all Private Contractors; a must read if you really want to know what they are doing to us.
More atrocities in the news, raid by DEA Agents on an innocent woman refusing to give their names or badge numbers. Another woman beaten to a pulp by Tallahassee police then arrested for assaulting the police officers.

Reforming The System

 Let me express a personal story of running for public office in 2000 for the Pahrump Town Board. My platform was similar to my thoughts on this website, America needed less involvement of corporations within government. Other issues a Hospital, and a property tax issue, where in one year property tax went up 375%. The powers that be in the corporate county and the corporations that they were dealing with, thought I might win. A Republican Chairman and a Magistrate Judge candidate tried to bribe me in the small park downtown. When that didn’t work the Town Board secretary tried to arrange a phone call between myself and one of the corporations coming into town, that I had spoken against on many occasions. It was obviously another bribe. When the bribes didn’t work they dug dirt, and when I turned the dirt back against them they fixed the computers that people voted on.
How do I know that? I have worked exit polls in the past and know everyone votes pretty much the same regardless of precinct. With 2 precincts out of 38 left to be counted, I was trailing in 7th place, suddenly the computer voting on the last two precincts lifted me into 4th place and to win the primary. That can not happen, they were hoping I would reconsider the bribes and be in their pocket during the general election.
That is how current politics works, as Stalin said, “It isn’t who votes that counts, it is who counts the votes”; and as long as computers are counting, the system can not be reformed form within.

Current Government Advancements

Homeland Security purchases another 250 million rounds of 40 caliber S&W on top of the all the ammunition they have previously purchased. They claim this is target ammunition for border patrol (ICE). It will increase shortages for civilian use in that caliber.
An extremely interesting purchase order is for United States Special Operations Command is searching for equipment to detect AM and FM broadcasts within the United States. In the past such equipment has been used to silence resistance in foreign lands, but this appears to be for within the United States.

Conclusion

Things are being done and plans are in the works for a trucker strike in October from the 11th to the 13th. They list grievances as fuel prices, government corruption, Benghazi cover-up, Seal Team 6, and wages dropping as jobs are harder to find. If this strike happens, just stock up in preparation.
The finial question remains, something has to be done, and soon, based on government preparations, corruption, our Rights disappearing, police brutality and Obamacare looming.
To save our posterity, to follow our founding documents, which will it be? Non violent revolution or violent revolution, the choice is yours. Non violent is our best option to save lives, but either way, I will be there.

Paul Craig Roberts was ‘right in spades’ in his resent article. America, a once respected country is now feared. It has no problem with killing innocent people if it fits the Zionist plan. Bribing Congress is easy, they would miss their AIPAC funding and trips to Israel.

In July of this year Foreign Relations magazine  ran an article on spreading propaganda to the American people. Not that they haven’t in the past and not the major media did not help hide it for them. Major media now hires actors to push the idea of attacking Syria.

At times they just don’t publish what their reporters report; as is the case of Amber Lyon Lyon interviewed activists in Bahrain as they explicitly described their torture at the hands of government forces, while family members recounted their relatives’ abrupt disappearances. She spoke with government officials justifying the imprisonment of activists. But the reports and documentaries were never seen my the American public. Keep in mind this was back in 2011, so what has changed? Nothing!!! The government propaganda continues daily through the major media. If you want the truth, search alternative media.

As with all wars, this is a Corporate Banksters war. They want to get their hands on the pipeline, the oil, and gas below Syria. So the fascist Fourth Reich government of the U.S. corporation will lie to get us involved.

Even U.S. Contractors may have been involved in the Sarin Gas attacks, but Syria had no reason to use the gas, they have been winning on the battlefield of late.

Consequences of War

Putin has decided if Syria is attacked, Russia will attack Saudi Arabia.   It seems Putin suddenly realizes who the terrorists are when he met with Prince Bandar of Saudi Arabia. From that meeting Prince Bandar said, “As an example, I can give you a guarantee to protect the Winter Olympics in the city of Sochi on the Black Sea next year. Now the U.S. is sending a carrier strike force to the Syrian waters. Do carriers carry cruise missiles; no, this is an escalation in the area. Fine targets for the Yakhont Reading the article, whether or not Syria already has the S-300 missile system is debatable, it is after all a ‘state secret’.
Did I forget to mention the Russian Navy is already there? That Russia and China walked out of a U.N. Security Counsel meeting refusing to vote on the U.S. attack on Syria?

Nothing will light up the middle east like an attack on Syria.  Retaliatory attacks will be made on Israel by Iran and Syria and other enemies in the MidEast.

Obama Signs Executive Order On Communications

It was just over a year ago that Obama signed an Exective Order on communications, titled Assignment of National Security and Emergency Preparedness Communication Functions .  He placed  himself in control through the Department of  Homeland Security at Section 2.3. That Executive Order was signed on July 7, 2012. It has taken time for this to show up in our real world, but now it has.

In early April, Verizon began a Emergency Wireless Alert system through cell phones, iPhones, Blackberries and other devices . At first they have just been alerts on weather, such as possible flooding and other storms.  Scroll down to #14 on the Emergency Wireless link and you will see that you can end Amber Alerts on the disappearances of people or children and Imminent Danger Alerts for weather, but not Presidential alerts.

Don’t get excited thinking you are on an AT&T cell phone or other wireless device, as the same thing applies. AT&T is a bit more specific, in saying they send out FEMA alerts on weather but once again “You cannot opt out of Presidential Alerts”. AT&T does not have a separate link to their devices, but a drop down on the main link above.

“1984” With A Twist

In George Orwell’s book, and subsequent movie titled 1984, he had no idea that the telescreen which ‘Big Brother’ used to watch and record would be replace one day by the cell phone, iPhone or Blackberry of today. 

There really are no secure communications  to type, call, or message anyone without the government or corporations (but, I repeat myself, all are corporations) listening in. Only face to face conversations have a chance of being private in our society.  Did I say type?  Yes, the post office is photographing all letters before they are  delivered.

They track every website you visit (even your computer), every e-mail you send, and every conversation you send by any electronic method. They can track your cell phone, or any device that still has the battery installed. Stay away from any device that the battery can not be removed like an iPhone.

A Possible Scenario

What is being set up, is a situation where everyone will get a message and have no excuse for not following those commands to the letter. Whether those commands are received over the television or the mobile device. For instance a message goes out by the President that martial law has been declared, and you are ordered to stay at home. Or that firearms are to be collected and turned-in, in ‘X’ number of days. If you do not follow the command, you are automatically a terrorist, and will be hunted down as one.
For those still wired in to the system, an Amber alert, may tell others to watch out for you and report any sighting of you. It may say that you are missing, have gone crazy, are armed and dangerous or have kidnapped a child.

If you disobey, chances are your debit and credit cards will no longer function.   Keep cash on hand.  Always remember that everything is linked together with the fascist, fictitious, corporate state.  

It is amazing that all of this technology has been turned against the average American. But frankly speaking, we have all been “the enemy of the fictitious state” since the Trading With The Enemy Act was amended in 1933 to include Americans.

Advantages And Disadvantages

Know the advantages and disadvantages of these tracking devices. Always leave home without them, if you don’t want to be tracked. Or use Sun Tzu strategy, and place them where you are not, as a ruse.

If you travel with any of those electronic devices, gone are the days of dependability. Time to alter your schedules, and take different roads to accomplish daily chores. You never want to be where the government thinks you are.  If you are a target, it is way too easy for them to set up a ‘disappearing’ act for you by messing with your brakes or any number of other scenarios.

This is a time sensitive post, dealing with this 4th of July and why you should not be involved in a march on state capitols or a march on Washington D.C. spearheaded by Adam Kokesh or his fellow conspirator Alex Jones. That’s right. . . . . fellow conspirator. After the 4th of July, this post is still important, so you understand ‘how’ you were set up by provocateurs to complete the martial law scenario the federal corporate government and the future world government wants so badly. People forget that Alex Jones was scaring the hell out of people on Y2K. Telling them the Russians had launched ICBM’s with nuclear warheads heading for the United States. Forgiving and forgeting, on a false pretense, that Alex Jones is helping the cause of freedom is a serious mistake. With all of his resources and reporters, was he the first to warn you that the U.S. had signed the U.N. Small Arms Treaty on September 7, 2012? No, infowars and prisonplanet was not the first, this website was, run by one person without a staff of reporters. Is Alex Jones setting up an event where patriots might be harmed, both physically and through providing another reason for firearms to be outlawed? One of the links provided by Alex Jones, makes one wonder if Adam Kokesh was in jail or club fed watching reruns of V For Vendetta. Here is the link Adam Kokesh Calls For “New American Revolution” and note it is Infowars that pubished this article. Adam Kokesh was still in jail,. . . . supposedly, but here is part of the article. “While there is risk in drastic action, the greater danger lies in allowing this government to continue unchallenged. I know that movie quite well, but he is using the words from it spoken by ‘Code Named V’, and setting up the same scenario as the movie presents. Think about that, ‘setting up a similar scenario that came out of Hollywood’.  No, it isn’t centered around the ‘gun powder plot, it is centered around the 4th of July. As you will see later, Adam Kokesh and the government setup his arrest, knowing it would draw supporters to his cause. If you read the article in the link above, just where does Adam Kokesh, get the authority to tell the militias of the several states to march on the state capitol? Does this man have a clue? The states are incorporated under the federal corporation and have been since 1971 (see at 15).

Here is a link to Adam Kokesh DD Form 214 that shows he was a corporal upon discharge, not a sergeant as he represents  himself to be. This article claims he is afraid of crowds and has mental instability, ties to Code Pink and Muslim Brotherhood. He might also be a paid Russian agent as well, according to  this video.   Note Kokesh  won’t discuss how much he is being paid in rubles, but doesn’t deny being a Russian agent. According to his face book page Adam Kokesh works for Obama as a Revolution Czar. Are you sure you want to back this guy up?

You ain’t seen nothing yet folks.

The following video shows that Adam Kokesh’s arrest was planned at the marijuana rally.  Why?  To increase his followers.

It  even gets worse in this video where he is questioned about the Free Adam Kokesh website and has no answer that is worthy of a good explanation.

Also from the same video he appears to be in contradiction of Sun Tzu’s ideas, on being able to be a leader or a follower. Rule #1: “You must operate from such a justification that the threat of death will not deter you from carrying out your mission”. He utterly falls!!!

Adam Kokesh feels he is too competent to be a government agent, in the last video.   Yet we have seen fund raisers set up ahead of time for the Sandy Hook massacre, . . . . .  days ahead of time, just like the Free Adam Kokesh website.
Is Adam Kokesh’s rhetoric profound?  Something new that you haven’t heard before?   No, of course it isn’t, unless you are just waking up to what the government has planned for all of us; excluding the elite of course.

A scene from the movie “The Life of Brian” by Monty Python has the perfect example of a government provocateur. Unfortunately the scene does not exist on youtube, but here is the script and opening of the scene (Plot to Kidnap Pilate’s Wife), as Reg the head of the People’s Front of Judea is helping fellow terrorists into a sewage drain, but is far from any danger.

Now, this is the palace in Caesar’s Square. Our commando unit will approach from Fish Street, under cover of night, and make our way to the northwestern main drain. If questioned, we are sewage workers on our way to a conference. Like Reg in the “The Life of Brian”; Adam Kokesh will not be taking part in any marches on the 4th of July.

Times are indeed serious, this website has always advocated for a strong militia to protect our rights. But do you really want to march in your state capitol with firearms and be set up for numerous government agents to photograph you? Identify you and your family on account of a agent provocateur’s plans? Think hard on this question, I hope you come to the right conclusion.

Claims have come forward, saying Adam Kokesh is no longer listed on the CIA website, but you should always check it out for yourself.  If Kokesh is not listed, you can bet he was too incompetent to even work for the federal government.
