Penhallow v. Doane’s Administrators, 3 U.S. 54, 1 L.Ed 507 (02/25/1795) (Inasmuch as every government is an artificial person, an abstraction, and a creature of the mind only, a government can interface only with other artificial persons. The imaginary, having neither actuality nor substance, is foreclosed from creating and attaining parity with the tangible. The legal manifestation of this is that no government, as well as any law, agency, aspect, court, etc. can concern itself with anything other than corporate, artificial persons and the contracts between them.)
In the near future, how the Constitution was formed will be a topic; it isn’t pretty.

In part one, the examination of companies, lobbying efforts that produce GMO’s and Bills specifically for GMO’s as a good beginning. In part two, the examination of the health affects of humans, livestock, the environment, lawsuits and petitions to get them labled as ingredients on the food we buy.

These videos will appear in both Part 1 and Part 2.War on Health and The World According to Monsanto , both MUST WATCH.  If you watched “The World According to Monsanto”, then you are aware that the Genie-is-out-of-the-bottle and the world is contaminated by pollen from GMO crops.

Monsanto is the largest producer of Genetically Modified Organisms (GMO’s) with 23 % of the industry. The family that started the company was Jewish and own and traded slaves, upon arrival to North America ( Louisiana)and the Caribbean.  The individual that started the company was Catholic and Knight of Malta, John Francis Queeny, but named the company after his wife’s maiden name Olga Mendez Monsanto .
The Mississippi, being a good navigational river soon had the Monsanto family heading towards St. Louis. The companies current headquarters are in St. Louis, Missouri. and these are their stock holders.
Monsanto has ties to the Manhattan Project that produced the first atomic bomb and in a joint venture with I.G. Farben in 1967.
Today Monsanto has GMO soybeans, cotton, corn, onions, sugar beets, canola, sunflower and potatoes to mention a few crops plus Aspartame, Agent Orange, PCB’s, Round Up and Bovine Growth Hormone.  Monsanto markets their seed under the trade names of  Asgrow, Deltapine, DeKalb and Seminis seed.  In part 2 I’ll cover their efforts to make sure your milk has that Bovine Growth Hormone added.
In short, maybe Monsanto never left the ‘slave business’ but made the world their slaves with tainted foods.

The next highest producer of GMO’ is Dupont at 15% of the market. Elèuthere Irénée du Pont de Nemours founded the company in 1802 with Napoleon’s help. Since that time they purchased Remington Arms in 1932. Du Pont’s General Motors Company and Rockefeller’s Standard Oil of New Jersey worked with I.G. Farben to help Germany during World War 2 produce synthetic tetraethyl fuel from 1936 – 1939. General Motors, overseas division, built military trucks, armored cars, tanks and aircraft engines for the NAZI war machine. In 1941 GM started full-time production for the Allied war effort making $12.3 billion worth of war material including trucks, guns, airplane engines, airplanes, parts, tanks, marine diesels, shells and other related products. (Right out of the Zionist Rothschild family play book, of supplying both sides of a war. Did the idea come from Zionist Rockefeller?) These days the Dupont corporation focuses on biotechnology and safety/protection and the biotech division is selling GMO seeds.

Next up is Syngenta,  a Swiss Company with its corporate home in Basel. They too are in the GMO business GMO business and their products include sugar cane, soybean, rice, wheat, corn, cauliflower, tomatoes ( and kumato), peppers, cabbage, lettuce, sunflower, alfalfa and melons all under the trade name Dulcinea, Rogers and S&G. Other trade names for seed include NK, Garst and Golden Harvest. GMO crops are outlawed in Switzerland but that doesn’t keep them from selling worldwide and their market is 9%. The company was formed by a merger between Novastis Aventis and Zeneca.   AstraZeneca is also a part of the parent company and still lobbies in the Congress on Bills. You will find them on this list at the link.

Groupe Limagrain is ranked 4th on the list of GMO seed companies and is the 2nd largest producer of bread and pastries through
Jacquet-Brossard and overall the 4th largest seed company in the world. In 2009, their GMO soybeans, corn, cotton and canola were cultivated on 331 million acres. Like Syngenta there seeds are prohibited from being growing in Europe. Limagrain uses the term ‘Trasgenics’ which means “a technique that enables the introduction of one or more foreign genes into an organism”. In their glossary they also define “GMO: Organism (plant, animal or micro-organism) whose genome has been voluntarily modified by Man” playing God of course. It also mentions ‘crystal proteins’, hopefully not prions which are also crystal proteins and cause mad cow disease and may cause Alzhiemers.

Here is the story on Land O’Lakes and their GMO products. It is the Round-Up ready alfalfa seed of Monsanto. They are listed as 5th on the list. On the link above you can find non-GMO seed and  non hybrid seed.

Bayer ranks 6th on the list of GMO seed and pesticide companies, behind Land O’Lakes and Limagrain (France). They get 2% of the overall GMO business. To get their products to market they lobby hard . They were formerly I.G. Farben.  Bayer is also in the leadership of the American Legislative Exchange Council (ALEC) which crafts Bills at the state level. They have the state corporate co-chair for Massachusetts, Nevada, Pennsylvania, South Dakota and Texas. All but one are Republicans if you check the list. Bayer spent $50,000 on the ALEC 2011 annual conference.

On H.R. 908, dealing with terrorism, there are lobby efforts by Bayer, Syngenta, Dupont and a host of chemical, fertizer and petroleum companies. Koch Industries seems to be involved heavily on most.

On H.R. 901, another Bill dealing with terrorism, you find Bayer, Syngenta, Monsanto, Dupont and even Halliburton.

Not to leave the Senate out, on S. 473, lobbying for this Bill is Syngenta, Bayer, Monsanto, Dupont, the infamous Halliburton and the same cast of characters in the petroleum industry, pesticide industry, and chemical industry. Once again this Bill deals with terrorism.

Did your Senator vote for labeling  GMO products? Chances are they did not, the vote was 26 for labeling and 73 against. This is the power of the corporations donating funds to politicians to keep bills from being passed.

In 1999 80% of farm acrage was planted with GMO’s. In fact 90% of all corn is GMO and 95% of all soybeans is as well. Can we really trust large corporations, that helped supply our enemies in the past, to now get away with limited testing on the food products? In doing this research I have found that their is a plan to incorporate prozac into the corn we eat, shades of I.G. Farben

It’s time to start your own garden, even if you live in an apartment, most vegetables will grow in containers. If you have a yard, you can always mix flowers with vegetables. Use non GMO and non hybrid seed and you can save those seeds for next year’s plantings.

As for the opening quote, now you know why your name on all government records, insurance forms, driver’s license, and court records is in all Capital letters. They want to pretend that ‘flesh and blood’ is a corporate entity.
