Slow Encroachment of Forest Law in America
Forest Law restarted after the Civil War. The first was Yosemite National Park, under President Lincoln, to be followed up by President Grant with the creation of Yellowstone National Park in 1872 President Grant signed into statute the creation of Yellowstone National Park.
We have Theodore Roosevelt to thank for the mass introduction of Forest Law into the United States. Through the Boone and Crockett Club, Roosevelt helped lobbying efforts for Lacey Act of (1894?)1900 which protected wildlife in Yellowstone National Park. Notice immediately plants and animals were protected.
Gifford Pinchot was a member of the club. He started the U.S. Forest Service and the National Rifle Association; a future United Nations NGO. He served as Chief Forester for President Theodore Roosevelt. Under President Theodore Roosevelt, Pinchot managed to add millions of acres into the National Forests. Luckily Congress, in 1907 forbid President Theodore Roosevelt from incorporating further state lands into the forest. Theodore was beaten by Taft, and Taft removed Gifford Pinchot for head of the U.S. Forest Service.
Why we have forests instead of woodlands has bothered me for a long time. Forests are defined in Bouvier’s Law Dictionary as “Forest – (definition) A certain territory of wooded ground and fruitful pastures, privileged for wild beasts and fowls of the forest, chase, warren, to rest and abide in the safe protection of the prince for his princely delight and pleasure, having a particular court of officers.”
Theodore Roosevelt tried to return to power under the Bull Moose Party, a Progressive Party. He was mad at Taft for removing his friend Gifford Pinchot from office and attempted to split the Republican Party. Progressives eventually reveal themselves as socialist communists, but luckily our ancestors didn’t buy the platform.
Water Tax
The taxing of the slaves never quits, as now H.R. 6249 wants to add taxes to water, and every beverage made with water. So far the Bill has no co-sponsors and was introduced by Rep. Blumenauer from Oregon. The idea is to create another trust fund under the Internal Revenue Code of 1986. Once again the taxes collected would go to the International Monetary Fund and will be added to your water bill. If the Bill passes, it will lead to a new Bill at the state level, or a federal mandate, for meters on water wells. It amounts to another total control mechanism for the New World Order.
Government Ammunition Purchases
The corporation continues to ready itself for civil war or the elimination of people who don’t want the New World Oder (not mis-spelled). This time it is the National Weather Service purchasing over 84,000 rounds of hollow point ammunition in 40 caliber Smith and Wesson, and mostly 180 grain, along with a few targets. The number of targets (400) indicates to me that the National Weather Service had excess funds and is storing ammunition at those sites for Homeland Security for a future event. It is kind of a cache for other purposes; unless you think they are going to shoot down hurricanes.
Banks About To Collapse?
This is an interesting article from the Chicago Tribune, provided by Rothschild owned Reuters. It seems they obtained the information through the Freedom Of Information Act on a program which calls for ‘living wills’ for the banks in question. The banks include Bank of America, Goldman Sachs, JPMorgan Chase and Citibank.
This prompted another story concerning a warning over a recent federal appeals case, that it is now claims cross mingled funds for investment by banks don’t need to be returned to the customer; anytime soon. “The federal appeals court ruled yesterday that not only does BNYM stay at the front of the line, but that using customer segregated funds as collateral is NOT a crime, and that co-mingling customer segregated funds with proprietary funds is NOT fraud.” The ruling, of course, was designed to protect banks and not the people. Be sure and read this article at the website.
If you are planning to remove large sums of cash from the banks, I’d suggest investing in ‘old’ gold coins or silver coins. Bullion is too easy for the government (corporation) to confiscate.
Surviving What The Future Brings
Most of use have radios or flashlights, and a lot of us have radiation detection equipment, field phones or other electronic devices that take batteries. Maybe it’s time to stock up on re-chargeable batteries and a solar recharger. Solar, because at some point survival shouldn’t depend on the power grid being up an running. I’ve ordered both, re-chargeable batteries and a solar battery charger and will report back on how function, charging times etc.
